Customer feedbacks
We started by trying many popular K-Food brands in Jakarta to get the taste we want, contacted suppliers and tested their products, and spent almost two months finalizing our recipes and pricing.
I also collaborated with my best friend, an architecture student, to design the brand and shop. Our vision was to give customers authentic Korean street food flavors with the real ambience of Korea. We researched how street food looks in Korea and studied competitors in Jakarta.
We named the brand Junjin (Jun = wealth, Jin = handsome). Our brand colors, red and cream, represent East Asian culture while creating a warm vibe. We chose two cats as mascots to represent Jun and Jin, symbolizing friendliness and attracting customers.
We served Korean food and gelato, and finally opened our shop in October 2024 but unfortunately closed permanently in February 2025.
The project brought authentic Korean street food with a unique brand identity, creating a memorable customer experience in Office 8 Senopati.
I learned how brand storytelling and visual identity can shape customer perception and create stronger emotional connections.
